A deposit of £100 per week is payable with written confirmation of the booking. The
balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Guests should insure against
cancellation as refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances.
You will have access from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and are expected to
leave by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
We ask you please to leave the properties as clean and tidy as you would wish
to find them.
